Times and amounts you enter
Everything you type into the calculators is worked out in your browser and is not sent to us. The time card calculators keep your last entries in your browser's local storage (under names that start with tpc:) so that they are still there when you come back; "Clear" removes the times, and clearing your browser's site data removes everything.
Accounts and advertising
There are no accounts and no advertising.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages and calculators are used. It receives the page address, the page you came from, your browser and device type, and an approximate location that Google derives from your IP address. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. When a calculator is used, printed or exported, it receives the calculator's name and that action, never a time, an hour total or an amount. Advertising features are off: advertising storage, ad personalisation and ad user data are always set to "denied".
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics loads only after you click "Accept" in the banner.
- Elsewhere it loads by default. You can turn it off at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
When it runs, Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which expire two years after your last visit. Declining removes them. Your choice is kept in your browser under the name tpc-analytics. To decide whether to ask first, the page uses the country you are visiting from, as reported by the network that delivers this website; it is not stored.
Delivering the site
The network that delivers this website processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site.
